“Pros: The Karmel drivers are professionals and provide great service. Cons: Very poor communication from the company (Karmel) once you've booked your transfer. Very hard to get a hold off and when you get a hold of someone, they are extremely rude. I would not recommend this service. For the price you're paying, you should book with a different company. I only went with this company because I expected good service since I booked with a "Trip Advisor" company but that was not the case. Very dissapointed that Viator would use such a poor supplier.”
Private SNA to Anaheim Resort transfer in an air-conditioned van for up to 9. Flight-synced pickup and hotel drop-off.
“After we were dropped off at the Hotel that my son and family was staying my wife and I stayed at another hotel. The driver had no problems taking us there. When we checked into or hotel and got to the room found out that I left my backpack in the van. I called the dispatch number and they were able to get ahold of the driver. It was the pick-up for this driver and she was going home. She found the backpack and drove it back to our hotel before she went home.”

“We had a great day shopping, having access to the VIP lounge is great, especially as the staff really take care of you by offering drinks and snacks. It's also great to be able to repack to fit the bargin buys in. The pick up in the morning was on time and the pick up from the mall was also good. We had plenty of time to shop and get to the airport. Thanks Karmal Shuttles and the Citadel team!”
