Turns out he was our pilot and left us there! It was my fiancé birthday. While we were waiting for someone a homeless guy came in and was screaming at himself and broke a mirror in the restroom. It was the worst experience ever!! Thankfully there was a worker there named mark and he was really nice and reassuring, he was trying to get ahold of someone for us! I paid…”
