“Pros: The Karmel drivers are professionals and provide great service. Cons: Very poor communication from the company (Karmel) once you've booked your transfer. Very hard to get a hold off and when you get a hold of someone, they are extremely rude. I would not recommend this service. For the price you're paying, you should book with a different company. I only went with this company because I expected good service since I booked with a "Trip Advisor" company but that was not the case. Very dissapointed that Viator would use such a poor supplier.”

It was the pick-up for this driver and she was going home. She found the backpack and drove it back to our hotel before she went home.”
